Tibet flood that threatened Himachal

This August, excessive flooding in Western Tibet overflowed a dam reservoir on Pareechu/Perchu Lake which connects to the Sutlej that passes into Himachal Pradesh. For a while the authorities and the residents of Kinnaur were on high alert owing to the danger of the flood waters passing across the border and overflowing the banks of the Sutlej. However, the danger was mitigated by close communication between India and China, pointing to the need for closer collaboration on potential natural disasters that may cross borders.

However, I still can't locate Pareechu Lake. The Tribune stated, "The Perchu has always remained an unnoticed tributary of the Sutlej. It first joins the river Spiti at Samdoh along the Indo-Tibetan border which then goes on to merge into the Sutlej." but this is difficult to locate on the maps.
